HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYED A FUN AND SAFE FOURTH OF JULY!

I can not believe how fast time goes by. It is insane too much to do and never going to get it all done in the amount of time we have.

The time right now is getting ready for SIDEWALK SALE at JENSON’S/I. APPEAL. Whoop, Whoop! July 24, 25 and the 26th.  I love sidewalk sale time, bring out the kids, do some shopping, eat the food from every vendor. Yummy!  So make sure you make the time to come in to see all the great deals we are having.

 Soon it will be State Fair time, I also love the State the fair . May be not so much the food, but I have a routine I like to follow. I need to go with people who like to do the same as I do, because, I found out going with my daughters last year they were too bored with all the things I Iike to do. We did have fun going to see a concert in the evening. As soon as the fair is over we know it is the end of summer and it was over in a blink. There goes that time flying phrase again. As I write this we have our fall clothing coming in and it looks great for this season. It is hard to see it hanging  in the store when it is only the middle of summer. But exciting to see it all.

Lets enjoy each and every day and look forward to the good times ahead.

Celebrating a new life! I AM a STEPGRANDMOTHER ( that’s right step). Audrinanna is the new little one’s name, born on June 20,2008 7lbs. 3oz. She is dark haired and a beautiful little girl. ( All the more shopping fun for me to do).

For those of you reading our BLOG thank you. 

The weekend was great, just a couple of short showers on Friday and Saturday afternoon. It did not put a damper into any of the Grad. parties I had to get to. It is always so fun to visit with friends you only get to see at gatherings like this. Catch up on what is happening in their life’s and see the their kids that use to be two, are really  going to turn 22. (wow that is telling how old you really are and not how you feel) I would rather feel the age and not know the truth. LOL!

The great fourth of JULY celebration is the next thing we will need to do. I don’t know about any of you but every year we pack it all up and head to the cabin in great hopes for a warm lake and sunny skies. I am not so sure about how many people will be there this year. If it is anything like it was on Memorial Day up there I am hoping to be able to be outside all of the time. The kids are now teens and bigger bodies mean less moving room. At night there is bodies all over the floors sleeping in every little space available. As the old people get the rooms.  Trying to be quite in the morning while I am getting my coffee ready can be a pain. For the most part we all have fun and have many memories with all of our loved ones. (or stupid stories that you don’t want repeated)

As soon as the fourth is gone the rest of the summer seems to folllow.  Before you know it your packing it all up to get ready for the next season.   But there is still is alot going on here at Jenson’s and Anoka. July 12th is Riverfest, July 24,25 and 26th is sidewalk sale, Anoka county fair is always the fun thing to do.

The Jen-X has gotten a new denim line in “ 1921″ boot cut and wide leg touser. The sofest denim it is like butter, it is so soft. Looney tune Tees are here too, put the two together and you are going to be the hipest, happening, fun loving gal around. I don’t know which one I want to pick. (So many cute styles to pick from)

WOW! This is JENSONS/I.APPEAL first ever blog, and I (Denise) have the fun of starting it. yeah! I love this job!

I started working at JEASONS/I.APPEAL in Sept. 07 as their CREATIVE MARKETING DIRECTOR. We have changed some things and created new. One thing Maria and myself worked on is THE JEN-X SUITE. It is addition to what has already been JENSON/I.APPEAL. The suite is more then just clothing for the stylist woman of today, you can find home-decor, gourmet foods and fun, fun girlfriend gifts or things that just make you laugh and feel good. (everybody could have a little feel good now and then)

JENSONS/I.APPEAL has been in business for seventy years, it is third generation owned. THAT IS AMAZING TO ME!!!!

Another thing we created here is MOONLIGHT SHOPPING PARTIES. It is a fun way to be with your friends, have some snacks, see the latest fashions, get help shopping from us and your friends, plus you can earn JENSON DOLLARS, all of that and you don’t have to worry about getting your own home cleaned, or what to serve your guest. That’s like a home party that is not at your own home, leave all that up to us. You bring the friends and we do the rest. (NOW THAT’S A HOME PARTY I WOULD CHOOSE TO HAVE)

SUMMER IS LOOKING LIKE IT IS FINALLY HERE. I love summer grad parties, Bar-Q’s, with friends and family, out door eating at your favorite restaurant. Sipping on your drink as the sun is beating down (burning your fair skin). LOL! Enjoying a family vacation or two. That’s what I look forward to in my summer time. Because, I work here I am going to be looking my best in all my new attire. Whoop, Whoop! that’s right! My kids are diggin that too!

I should of given you a little info about myself I am a happy go lucky person ( most of the time). I am a wife, a mother to nine children, which, three are mine and six are his and none together.( could you handly living in that house full time) I have one step grandson who is almost one and a step granddaughter who hopefully will be here by tommorrow night (6/19/08) they said it was for sure a girl. We have three cats, one dog, one turtle and two ferretts (  by the way are looking for a new home. They have a awesome cage) Let me know? I love to shop,knit,talk,

garden and have alot of fun.

Life goes by too fast, so enjoy it for all you can!
